I’m James. I am the Sales Director at HowYang Printing Factory.
I am Chinese and not particularly fluent in English, so to introduce myself more clearly, I have chosen to use digital people for illustration.
I have 18 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry.
Now, at Howyang Printing-Factory, I am mainly responsible for the following five points:
- Managing the development and importation of overseas customers for Sales Department 1 and Department 2.
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle management, from pre-project requirements, quotations, and price negotiations to project cost control.
- Integrating and coordinating resources to advance project work according to plan and ensure the project is delivered on time, with quality and in the right quantity.
- Handling customer complaints, including those related to quality and delivery, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Training department colleagues on business etiquette for dealing with customers from different countries, and maintaining and updating the English website www.howyangprinting.com.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton, practicing yoga, and playing golf.
Our facility boasts a daily output of 500,000 prints, 300,000 color boxes. Our experienced workforce, with 67% of our operators boasting over six years of proficiency, guarantees the highest standards of print and color consistency across batches.
