We enhance productivity and tackle the shortage of skilled workers by implementing automated equipment in every production process.
Take our paper cutting process before printing, for example:
We have four Germany HEIDELBERG printing machines, with a daily average printing capacity of 500,000 sheets (day and night shifts combined). Our paper cutting solution involves investing in a Germany Polar guillotine with fully automatic picking and unloading.
Note: Automated equipment doesn’t get tired or experience back pain. Even after the shift ends, they continue working.
Result
On one hand, it saves the labor of four skilled workers and six general workers. On the other hand, because the loading and unloading of paper are automated by the equipment, it reduces the physical labor of the workers. At the same time, it greatly increases the job satisfaction of our workers. Ultimately, the cost of our paper cutting process has decreased by 36%.
Looking back over our five years, it’s equivalent to having a more stable productivity.
